This is the British Army “Tactica” Bomb disposal vehicle currently in use in the province. The vehicle is quite large and heavy, there are two types (one of each) per unit, one is for the Army Technical Officer and the other is for his support team and equipment.  The differences between the two are not immediately obvious and are only so when deployed.
